In 2018 and 2019, Pink Tank collaborated with Dubai’ The Model Center—an entity of the General Secretariat of The Executive Council—on the third edition of the Needs and Expectations Study. The study is an in-depth analysis of the needs and expectations of citizens and businesses in Dubai. It aims to improve Government services in Dubai through a user-centric model.

In this edition of the study, Pink Tank included various case studies to identify citizens’ needs by combining AI (Artificial Intelligence) and CI (Collective Intelligence).
