In November 2010, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, launched the Dubai Model for Government Services (DMGS) to improve the quality of services in the public sector.

The report represents over three years of government-initiated research, development, testing, and fine-tuning of the model implemented by Dubai’ The Model Centre at the Executive Council of Dubai.
