In 2016, Pink Tank renewed its partnership with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council to prepare background research for the second City Makers Bootcamp.

Pink Tank collected data and mapped out customer journeys across four government services, producing detailed case studies and benchmarking analysis for the project.
