Launched in 2017, the Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations (MBZMFG) connects youth with UAE leaders to shape a better future for the UAE. It provides transformative learning experiences for the next generation of leaders to engage with pioneering thinkers, sharpen their skills and adapt their professional development.

Transformed into a Virtual Forum in 2021, MBZMFG approached the challenges of a rapidly evolving global context with optimism under the theme of Thriving in the Next Normal. The program found inspiration in the values of the nation’s Golden Jubilee, and was powered by forward-thinking ideas and a network of extraordinary partners. MBZMFG was supported by the insights generated in a series of Jubilee Labs with more than 100 Future Makers and an online study of 3,000 university students commissioned by the Crown Prince Court.
