Pink Tank supported the Crown Prince Court over the 9-months of academic coursework of the National Experts Program that took place between September 2020 and June 2021. The NEP develops the skills of young Emirati technical leaders who will shape the future of industry sectors critical to the UAE.

The program serves as a launch pad to empower the cohort with the strategic mindsets, leadership skills and tools to drive development in the sectors and contribute to the prosperity of the nation. Led by a cadre of top faculty and practitioners, the hybrid online and onsite program includes mentoring by UAE sector leaders, immersive learning experiences, sector-specific learning, as well as an individual Capstone Project addressing a major challenge in the sectors.
